I love it. It keeps my frozen/cold foods cool until lunch. It also stretches to accommodate quite a few items. I can easily put in a yogurt, a frozen entree, a small cup of fruit, along with an apple and orange, and a couple of utensils. Finally, when items have spilled/leaked, I just turn it inside out and hand wash it with soap and water. She's in her second year of high school now, and still using it! I decided to spring for one for my younger son, who has had many, many lunchboxes in the meantime. My daughter has a red one, with a couple dents from pencils (probably) and banging around in her backpack and lockers over the years. There are also a few scratches on the plastic handles--but other than that, it is in wonderful condition. It looks very much like the brand new one I just bought for my son, except they have changed the shape of the handles a tiny bit over the years. It has a divider so you can put a drink on one side and the rest of your food on the other. The whole thing except the plastic handle is neoprene material, and it is flexible (doesn't have a hard frame).I wash her lunch bag in the washing machine with a little Tide detergent, and let it dry overnight. It looks professional. It can also hold a lot more than it appears. I use the side compartment for items I don't want to get smashed, but it would be just as effective for a can of soda or a small bottle of water. I am slightly annoyed by the clanging of the handles and they twist around. Overall it is the best I've seen. |
