I use glass food containers to bring left-overs to work and the other lunch bags I found didn't have a base large enough to put the container flat in the bottom of the tote. This bag has a lot of room. A lot. I can fit a large rectangular glass container in flat, a banana, a yogurt, a cup of applesauce, a large ice pack, and still have room left to spare. The bag is soft and flexible, which helps me to be able to smush it into my laptop backpack and still be able to zip the backpack closed. I always use an ice pack with this bag to make sure my yogurt stays very cold, but I forgot it one day and the yogurt was still chilled 3 hours later when I ate it. The lunch bag is the perfect size for everything that I bring to work and the price was great. Now I didn't need one for actual lunch. I needed one to transport bags of breastmilk from home to Children's hospital for my daughter. The bottle bags or bags made for that just weren't roomy enough to pile in the storage frozen bags of milk. I also needed it to be cute and stay cold. This bag was/is AWESOME!!! I was so suprised to see how much room it has in it. I even put a big cooler size ice pack in it to keep the milk frozen. The milk stayed frozen for 4 hours in the bag with the ice pack, until I was able to get it into the freezer again. I had so many compliments on this bag. It is hip and cute and roomy. There is enough room to carry a six inch sub and chips and drink if needed. That is just to give you some perspective of the size in this bag. It is pretty deep aswell. I would reccomend this bag. |
