It holds several containers, and a few ice packs. I ordered the strawberry one, too, and both are just as bright as the photos. Each one has a zipper pocket on the outside for keys, and a zipper on top to keep the cold in. I can really stuff it and still zip it. Good insulation, too. They keep food cold for a few hours. The inside cleans up easily. The construction seems good; well-made. Very cute design. Nice straps. Zipper hasn't had any problems, at least not yet (after only a dozen or so uses), and doesn't show any sign of weakness. It holds about four small "Tupperware"-like containers, but can't hold normal-sized sippy cups on top of all that. Thus, I have to carry the zippy cups separately, which is a bit of a drag. My advice to the manufacturer: add straps or similar to the sides/ends of the bag that are elasticized and will allow a parent to attach a bottled water or sippy cup (or two) to the outside of the bag, if the parent so chooses. Also, add a small zippered area to the outside of the bag (as is done on many purses), so a parent can toss a bus pass, set of keys, or cell phone into it. You want that stuff to be easily accessible and separated from food/drinks/leaking items that might be inside the bag. |
